Thorpe House

Thorpe House is our latest renovation project, positioned at the front of our new development on Harwich Road. We purchased this run-down property with a vision to completely transform it into a stunning, high-specification home. The renovation will be full and thorough—from structural works right through to the finishing touches—leaving it with the feel and standard of a brand new build.

We expect the full renovation to take approximately five months, during which the house will be stripped back and rebuilt to meet the same exacting standards as our new homes. Once complete, Thorpe House will stand proudly alongside our bungalows, bringing new life to this character-filled plot.
