Thorpe House

 Thorpe House is our latest renovation project, positioned at the front of our Harwich Road development. This five bedroom house was acquired in a run down condition and is undergoing a full, comprehensive renovation to create a high specification family home.

The property is being completely stripped back and rebuilt, with all aspects of the house renewed from structural works through to final finishes. Once complete, Thorpe House will offer the look, feel, and performance of a brand new home, finished to the same exacting standards as our wider development.

The renovation programme is scheduled to complete in April 2026, at which point the property will be available for sale. Thorpe House will form a key part of the Harwich Road scheme, combining modern living standards with a prominent position at the front of the site.
